All the recent good weahetr tempted me out.Glad I did as it was good to get some fresh air in my lungs!Lots of bites from the Roach and Perch with a couple of bonus big skimmers to maggot on the 5m line.Got my x3 Carp on 4 maggots (2 red, 2 bronze) at 20m.The 17lb 4ozer really made my day.I believe that makes me the current lake king (never been able to say that before. Picture change, Si?!), should last til Wednesday I expect.Looking forward to the rest of the year.Tight lines everyone.
